Since 2001, iCare Management, LLC has been providing management and consulting services to skilled nursing facilities and other health care providers. Today, iCare manages more than 1,600 skilled nursing beds in eleven unique post-acute, nursing and long-term care facilities in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Our diverse network of health care services, known as iCare Health Network (IHN) includes medical, short-term rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, long-term care, transitional care, behavioral health management, substance use treatment, memory care & support services through the Greater Hartford Memory Care Center and care for the justice involved and difficult to place population through MissionCare Health and 60 West.

iCare proudly employs more than 2,500 full and part time individuals enabling us to provide an immeasurable value to the communities we serve.
